Had a good therapy session today Seems like I'm making progress with opening up and trying to become social found out I am an alcoholic social so now I have to figure out something else that can help me to become social again. Good day today went to pick up sofia and saw HIM, felt tense and called detective about his plate of other vehicle. Felt scared, nautious, and grounded. Not angry at first but built it up as anger later as I kept thinking about what he did.
