Dear Diary

Had a scare at work the other day... started having chest pains and got numbness in my fingertips. Went to e.r. after work, which this all happened at around 3am and I went to e.r. after my shift ended at 8am. The doc thought I was nuts by working through the pain. They gave me a nitro pill that helped and that's when the doc was worried I have a blockage in one of my arteries. I know now it's due to smoking for so long and I mm gonna hafta quit. Problem is actually quitting... what will I utilize to occupy my time is my main concern. Hopefully it'll all work itself out
